Red Carpet Arrivals at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival Part-2

The Cannes Film Festival doesn’t explicitly have a dress code, but attendees have come to understand throughout the event’s decades-long history that male guests should show up in tuxedos with bow ties and black shoes while the female attendees are expected to wear fancy gowns with high heels.

The glamorous gathering that’s steeped in tradition doesn’t find many delinquents. Rather, the actors usually look dapper in formalwear and the women opt for over-the-top gowns with massive trains, embellishments, colors, details, and more.

The 70th annual event is no exception to the rule, with Elle Fanning, Naomie Harris, Julianne Moore, and other stars dressed to impress for the luxurious affair. Click through above to check out every incredible outfit.
